NVQ Training

NVQ (QCF) Training

NVQ (QCF) Training

Level 2 NVQ (QCF) Certificate in Providing Security Services. After six months service all Security Officers are given the opportunity to carry out this training. This qualification is nationally recognised and is based on the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Security Loss Prevention.

The Level 2 Certificate in Providing Security Services (QCF) allows our staff working in frontline security services to gain a qualification that attests to their occupational competence in day-to-day work. Consideration will also be given to candidates suitable for level 3 Certificate.

Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management (QCF) – This training is delivered to all staff in a Management Role. Our Managers and Supervisors are provided the necessary status to do the job and are normally required to attend training in Supervisor Management.

Level 1 and 2 NVQ Certificates and Level 3 and 4 NVQ Diplomas in Customer Service (QCF) – This training is for Security personnel who undertake a customer service role. We recognise that roles in the customer service sector involve a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.
