Concierge & Reception

Sight & Sound Security provides excellent fully managed reception and front of house services.

The primary role of concierge reception is to prevent unauthorised access to the building whilst enhancing the presentation of your Company. Concierge and reception is often the first contact that your visitors encounter and the impression they create is extremely important. In essence it is a two-tiered service; security and front of house, we consolidated two roles into one.

The service is bespoke, and as such can include various roles and duties for example, directing visitors, opening doors and taking coats, management and monitoring of car parking, CCTV monitoring based from reception, patrolling, meeting room management, security alerts, switchboard and corporate help desk, co-ordination of fire evacuations, monitor/report health & safety, meet and greet, first aider at work and mail room management.

Our Concierge/Receptionists are customer service focused, they are fully aware of the necessity for building security and the importance of maintaining a secure, inviting and welcoming reception. We understand that first impressions count, which is why we only employ friendly and efficient people to represent your Company.

Sight and Sound Security provides security officers of the highest quality. Our Security Officers are fully licensed, highly trained, motivated and committed to providing a high level of service. We fully manage, motivate and reward our Security Teams and this sets us apart from our competitors.

All services are always tailored to meet clients’ specific needs. Personnel are stringently vetted to BS 7858 screening standard and selected for their range of abilities, customer services and willingness to perform additional duties.

Our Security Teams provide a large number of important security functions from corporate static guarding, front of house/concierge and reception services, post room and porterage services, CCTV control room operation and customer service roles.

Sight and Sound Security commits itself at the highest level to promote a positive health and safety culture within the organisation, providing stringent Health and Safety training to all staff, being awarded SAFE Contractor status and approval by CHAS. High levels of health and safety awareness are essential for the wellbeing and security of our own employees also for the peace of mind of the customers on whose premises they work. The Company recognises the importance of health and safety to its business and the key role that our staff can perform in ensuring the safety of premises and people.

To achieve the provision of a safe working environment we provide Health & Safety training to all staff and we promote awareness of the importance of health and safety amongst all our employees also promoting a culture of openness and collaboration in dealing with all health and safety issues.

Regularly assessing all our sites and operations we ensure we have a competent workforce which communicates frequently and clearly in regard to health, safety and well-being at work thus we ensure timely access to relevant information for all staff.

Our customers feel confident in the abilities of Sight & Sound Security staff with our Health and Safety training, regular assessments and access to relevant information. Thus we are proud to have achieved SAFE Contractor status and to be approved by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).
