Site Specific Training

Stage 1 – Site Induction and Competency assessment: Designed to meet the requirements of BS 7499 and client and site based needs, all new employees are assessed against a site specific Site Competency and Assessment booklet within the term of their probationary period which is completed by either the Site Supervisor/Manager or the Client Manager.


 

Stage 2 – On going assessment: The new starter will be visited at key intervals by either the Site Supervisor/Manager or the Client Manager within their probation to ensure the effective delivery of the programme. The competency of the new employee will be assessed through observation in the workplace, question and answer sessions, professional discussion, product evidence, accredited prior/learning, witness statements and simulation. The Client Manager will ensure that all Security Officers complete this training satisfactorily.
